Important: MILEAGE and DAYS USED must be SUBMITTED by the 5th working day of the month by 5:00 pm, to avoid a $50.00 late fee.

If you returned/traded in a vehicle with OFAM prior to the last day of month, DO NOT enter mileage online. Mileage will be inputted by OFAM staff.
Mileage is recorded for the prior month. For example, October's mileage is recorded in November. Data integrity is the responsibility of the user. Therefore, we recommend you review your information before submitting.
If you have problems with your mileage information, submit a request for assistance through the OFAM Service Portal (Registration Required). All questions and concerns regarding registration can be directed to Amanda Sheffield. Please include “Registration” in the subject line of your email, for a timely response.
